Where is the bamboo sourced from?

The handle is made from Mao bamboo, sourced ethically from from purpose plantations in China. Mao bamboo is a breed of bamboo that grows particularly quickly, and is not a habitat for wildlife such as pandas, meaning absolutely no animals were harmed in the making of these toothbrushes!

Are the bristles degradable?

The bristles are eco friendly as they are made from from Nylon 4, a biodegradable type of plastic. This ensures that sasa Brush provides a high quality clean and is vegan friendly, unlike other eco toothbrushes.

How should I dispose of my old sasa Brush once I receive my new ones?

We recommend disposing your old sasa Brush in your green waste bin.


If I subscribe, will I ever be locked in?

No. All subscriptions are 100% commitment free and can be cancelled at any time. No cancellation or exit fees will apply.

Why do I receive two brushes with every delivery?

Our sole commitment is to reducing harmful waste in our day to day lives. As a result, we limit our deliveries to every second month, meaning you’ll receive two brushes with each delivery, eliminating the use of excess packaging and transportation.

Can I cancel?

We know you wouldn’t dream of it! However, should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your accounts page.

How can I change my subscription frequency?

Easily. Simply login to your account and change the frequency on the accounts page.


Why have I been charged $10 when each sasa Brush only costs $5?

Rest assured, the price for each sasa Brush is $5. To limit excessive use of transportation and packaging, we send and bill for 2 brushes per delivery instead of 1. If you need further clarification regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I purchase multiple brushes for friends or family?

Yes! Once you have added your brush to cart, simply repeat the process until you have as many as you require in your checkout. This will ensure all brushes are delivered together and billed as a single transaction.

When will I be billed?

Your first payment is received when you complete your order, and all reoccurring payments thereafter will transact on the 15th of each delivery month, depending on your chosen frequency. All prices are displayed and billed in Australian dollars.

Do you accept payment via PayPal?

Yes, we accept payment via PayPal.


How much is postage?

Postage is free. We absorb this cost to make sure sasa Brush is accessible to as many people as possible.

I ordered my sasa Brush some time ago and it still has not arrived.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, however international orders cannot be placed through our website. Contact us directly to learn more.

When will I receive my sasa Brush?

You receive your first order a 4-5 business days after you subscribe initially, and all future orders are shipped on the 16th of your delivery month, depending on your chosen frequency. All deliveries are made via the Australia Post Network, so delivery times may vary.
